Putting a whole clinical service on autopilot.

Cerebricis the EHR built for neurodevelopmental care providers. We gave them the brand, then the site that has to sell it — to clinicians, to practice owners and to the NHS — cerebric.io.

Branding the Future of Care

“Designing for the space between Silicon Valley and the NHS.”

The identity has to work on a parent’s phone and in an NHS procurement deck on the same afternoon. Warm enough to reassure a family, sober enough to sit beside a commissioner’s paperwork.

The Palette

The Palette

A single confident blue on near-white. Clinical software is usually grey and frightening; this had to look like something a family would trust and a commissioner would sign off.

The Logo

The Logo

A waveform that reads as brain activity and as a voice being recorded — the two things the product actually does.

Urbanist and Albert Sans, with Viga for display. Geometric enough to feel like software, plain enough to read as clinical fact.

One page became a whole site.

It started as a single landing page. As Cerebric grew into a full EHR, the site grew with it — a product tour, an about page, a business-case calculator and a blog, all on the same Next.js build. The homepage still does the heavy lifting: the promise, the proof, and the compliance marks a buyer needs to see before they will even take a call.

The Cerebric homepage — 'Your neurodevelopment service on autopilot'

Six beats, one referral.

The centrepiece is a scroll-driven story that follows one child’s referral from arrival to aftercare. Six beats, each with its own animated interface built in the browser rather than screenshotted, and each carrying the admin hours it saves. A clinician reaches the end knowing exactly what the platform does, without sitting through a demo.

Numbers a finance director can argue with.

Healthcare software gets bought by committee, so the site argues in two registers. The homepage carries the headline results — 20,000+ assessments accelerated, 87% less staff time on screening, 58% more assessments per clinician — alongside named testimonials from the clinical leads running those services. Then a separate ROI calculator lets a practice model its own case, every figure an input they can change. It is gated on an email, which is the point: the strongest page on the site is also the one that fills the pipeline.
